I have Stanley Vemco model no GT300 A05 garage door opener. I cannot close the garage door with my remote. I can only open with the remote. can u suggest me your suggestion. George Joseph

0 Your safety beams are out of alignment or are malfunctioning. Make sure that the laser beam is making contact with the receiver. Then you will be able to close the door with the remote. If your sensors are bad, you can find replacements on ebay
