3 My remote broke and all the words/numbers are worn off...Not sure what model # I need for replacement part. I don't know what year this GDO was manufactured...doesn't have year on sticker located on backside of GDO; only lists Serial code: 88422; single phase; 5 amp; 1/4 HP motor
