My door stopped working and so i released the door manually - thus freeing it from the wire and chain. Then I hit the garage door button which moved the chain. Unfortunately it advanced the shuttle too far - pulling it right into the housing. It is now stuck. It can't be reversed b/c it thinks the door (though not attached) is hitting something. Can I advance the chain manually?
