The starter capacitor has two red wires connected to one terminal and one dark blue wire to the other terminal. There is a light blue wire that's just hanging loose. All the wires come directly out of the motor. I want to know if the light blue wire should be connected to the same capacitor terminal as the dark blue one. Afraid to try it in case I blow it up.
