Door only raises 4 in. then lowers only 1in.

0 Sounds as if you need to teach the up and down to do this hold the up learn button and press move up button, stop when the door is at the desired open position, do the same thing for the down position, there should be 2 learn buttons and a move up and move down button

0 also make sure you have enough pressure via the knobs for up and down pressure
