Door will close when the manual button is held. The opener will over drive the down limit. When the button is released, the door opens to the upper limit, stops and the light blinks on and off steady at 1/2 second intervals. The obstruction senson seems to be working correctly, red light is on and goes off when obstructed. De-energizing the opener does not reset the light blinking. I am assuming the travel limits are set close so have not adjusted them. I purchased this property and no manual was available. The opener was not energized at the time of purchase.
