Hi: few days ago, I was losing my garage door and when door was at 1/5 closed position it got stuck there. It did not go up or down. I tried to close the door from wall nit and also fom remote unsuccessfully. There is 'humming' soun every time I tried but door did not move. I was ble to shu it manually. Do you know what could b th problem? Thanks Bill
