Question About Stanley Black & Decker Garage Door Opener st400
closes and then shuts off...

My st400 is approx 18 yrs old. the last few days has been acting up. when it closes or opens and when it get to the end of travel it goes dead. By releasing the emergency disconnect that resets the unit. i have tried adjusting the travel and the down pressure switch to no avail. can you help me? Jerry
