I recently moved my portable unit upstairs and now it needs to be emptied, like every 20 minutes! I never had to empty the water tray for the last couple years when I had it downstairs! So, I'm trying to figure out the neatest (water not spilling everywhere) way to keep it draining. I've attached the hose, but i note in the manual it says the unit came with a water tray. If mine did, it's long lost. Can I order one?
