Yesterday I bought the soleus air GL-DEH-70EIP-6. It drains water fine into its bucket, but when I screw on the pump hose connector, attach the pump hose (length 2 feet, elevation 1 foot), and press the 'pump' button, I can hear the pump motor but no water comes out the pump hose. In this configuration water DOES fill the bucket, however. Something wrong with the pump? Should I take it back to Lowes and get another?
