Question About Soleus Air Dehumidifier GL-DEH-70EIP-6
The pump will not pump out the water and the bucke...

The pump will not pump out the water and the bucket fills up instead. Have set up the unit and performed all the troubleshooting by the manual that came with the unit. The hose is not kinked, pinched, twisted or clogged. The unit is sitting level on the floor and the hose goes to the floor drain. The unit is a model # GL-DEH-70EIP-6

0 They told me to raise the opposite side from the hose 1/4 inch. We will see
