MY DEHUMIDIFIER SEEMS RUNS BUT SUCKS VERY LITTLE HUMIDITY OUT OF THE AIR AND THE HUMIDITY LEVEN IS 70% AND RISING. I HAVE A CO CODE SHOWING UP ON THE DEHUMIDIFIER. I HAVE CLEANED THE FILTER. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BE DOING FOR MAINTENANCE. I CAN HEAR WATER IN THE TOP OF THE DEHUMIDIFIER THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE RUNNING INTO THE BUCKER.
