Question About Soleus Air Dehumidifier GL-DEH-50-2

Just purchased 2 SoleusAir Dehumidifiers Model GL-DEH-50-2. Both of the units are not working because they both have the bucket full light on even though the bucket is empty. When I unplug the unit and plug it back in, the unit works for 10 minutes before shutting off with the bucket full light coming on again.
