I have a Soleusair SG-DEH-50-2 and want it to pump the water into my sump pump well. I've read and followed the directions under the title Continuous Drainage Hose heading in the manual - the but the water bucket still fills up and does not drain out. There are no other instructions other than what is in the manual. Please have someone contact me at jmcote54@yahoo.com to let me know why this is not working. Thank you.
