I have had the hose attached to the drain line for some time. Recently it has stopped functioning. The condensate goes only into the bucket. I have tried to see how to clean the drain connection but there seems to be no obstruction. How can I get the unit apart better to clean above that connection? Or is there another fix to the problem? Thanks.
