Question About Soleus Air Dehumidifier CFM-25E

My soleus air dehumidifier is not filling with water. I cleaned the filter. It sounds like it working -the lights are on. I pulled the holder out and reset, with no change. Please help ASAP, my basement smells! Thank You. Jackie
