Question About Soleus Air Air Conditioner PH4-13R-01
Won't Start...

First I could not start the unit using the push button so I strted used the remote. Now, it won't start using the remote. I'm 90% sure its the control unit. How do I get to it, and how do I fix it or get a new one?
