0 I have a copy of the instruction manual for this model! I was lucky to find it, however, as they pretty well hid it in the packaging. I'm sorry to say that my scanner isn't working right now, so I can't scan and post it for you--but I will be glad to answer any questions or email paragraphs from the manual to you. 0 This is for the PH4-12R but I believe both units to be the same, other then heating/cooling capacity.

0 I bought a PH4-13R-01 portable air Conditioner for my brother who has cancer. His fan is not operating properly when the Air Conditioner compressor is off. we have had the fan about (5) months.
