The on/off button is not working. The unit will not turn on. I have tried all the trouble shooting and reset button yet the unit will not start. It was working prior to winter. I was told that will proof of purchase the unit was under warranty. I do have proof of purchase. How do I file a clainm to get the unit repaired. I was told that Sears is autorized to do the repair.
