Question About Soleus Air Air Conditioner SG-PAC-08E4
just got home 2 hours ago with soleus sg-pac-o8e4 ...

just got home 2 hours ago with soleus sg-pac-o8e4 and when i plugged it in , it will not turn on. I test the plug and the circuit and everything is fine. Another fan I have works just fine when plugged. The reset button on the sloeus stays engaged and the idicator light is not on

0 Same scenario, called support and they say its defective and would swap the unit. Seems silly like it's just a defective or not properly connected control panel...
