I have model# GM-WAC-12ESE-C A/C unit S/N 10031560243,It's not even two years old and it stopped cooling.It's been off for winter and I just started it up.At first after installing it,it was quait,then it got loud and noisey ,now it doesn't cool.Would this be a warrenty broblem
