Hello, I recently was given a Soleus mini split AC w heat pump 13 seer single. Zone unit......the lines were cut looks. Like with type copper cut tools! So do I need to recharge. The unit once purchase new. Liikne set? Or should. I take it someplace. First have it inspected? All wires been cut?
