I have the PH4-12R-01 and have been using it for heat. It was working fine until a few days ago when it stopped putting out heat. It looks and sounds normal except the air coming out is cool and no condensate is being produced (there was a lot of condensate when it was working correctly). I called Soleus and they are starting a warranty case for me but I can't afford to ship this huge thing back to CA in order to get the "free" warranty repair/replacement. I'm hoping there's an easier fix...? I have it on single hose exhaust (per Soleus's customer service advice after I had a problem with it once before) and I checked and cleaned the air filters after it stopped working last week. What else can I do?
