Question About Soleus Air Air Conditioner PH4-10R-01
Bucket full indicator error...

The bucket full indicator is on, however when I unscrew the cap, no water actually empties. I've tried unplugging the unit and letting it sit for a few days, and still, no water will empty and the indicator light will not turn off. The unit will not cool while the indicator light is on. Any suggestions??
