What is the difference between Singer Sewing Machine 185KS and 185J and possible 185HD? I bought one online that has printed letters on front of machine that says HEAVY DUTY and vendor says model is 185HD yet book coming with machine says 185K3. I already have machine 185J but no instruction book. Is there really any difference with these three models?
