Question About Singer Sewing Machine None
timing?...

just inherited a 4623 and was sewing ok until bobbin was empty. had to get help on rethreading bobbin but did it and was going to start again when I noticed needle thread was not pulling bobbin thread up to make the stitch. someone told timing. I havent a clue Help!?
