Question About Singer Sewing Machine 111W155

I am Having a similar problem with my machine. I have been told that the bobbin needs adjusting. how to do this is not in any of the "owners manuals" listed, all I have found so far are parts list. is there a users manual? any info would be helpful, Thank You and may God bless you and yours in the new year
