This manual has......

...only a schematic diagram with a parts list. There is no helpful info on this manual not even how to thread the needle nor a single thing. This has no features, instructions on operation nor maintainence. I just cannot see where this manual is any help at all and after a 3 day search I have yet to come up with any type of helpful info.
