This is a brand new machine, took it out of the box to use it & the bobbin thread will not come up through the feeder hole with the top thread. I even tried manually feeding the bobbin thread through the feeder hole! No manual, no DVD as advertised on the box. Purchased at Target in Oregon, shipped all the way to Alaska, not paying for return shipping. Just need help, please.
