the 'hand wheel' on the extreme right side of this machine appears to be stuck. There is no thread caught in the face place area, it has been oiled, and It won't move more than an eighth of an inch in either direction. Please give me some idea of what I can do. Altho it was a cheap sewing machine, it WAS a Singer and worked well--a few times. Karin Givon
