I redid a bobbin and now the tension is all messed up. Can anyone help me. I did not touch the tension knob on the front of the machine. It was working fine until I put more thread on the bobbin. Tried to get a manual from FINDMYMANUAL.COM Paid for it by paypal and have not received the download yet. Have emailed them 3-4 times but no response. They do not list phone number. I understand why.
