Machine was taken in for routine service (clean & lube) to a 'licensed' service company. When it was returned, the tension regulator knob was not on straight and the thread tension could not be adjusted. I have figured out that the components were reassembled in the wrong order, but I cannot figure out what the RIGHT order is. ANY input would be greatly appreciated!!!
