Question About Singer Sewing Machine 6416
singer sewing machine model 6416...

When I turn hand wheel to lower and raise needle in order to raise the bobbin thread it doesn't grab the bobbin thread. What could be the problem and how do I fix it? Thank You, Laurie lauriear62@yahoo.com
