My bobbin keeps getting stuck inside the machine w...

My bobbin keeps getting stuck inside the machine while I'm sewing causing a wad of thread to compile on the backside. I have found this is due to the thread getting stuck in the little crease on the outside of the bobbin while I am sewing, making the bobbin not spin. Any suggestions?
