My bobbin case won't stay in place.

0 The plate to the right of the bobbin needs to be shifted over. There are two screws that you need to loosen, then shift the plate over while your bobbin is in place. Once snug tighten the screws back down. There is also a little retaining arm at the top left, just to the side of the foot, that swings over and holds the bobbin down. Hope this helps more than the useless manual.
