Question About Singer Sewing Machine ePP670
lOADING BOBBIN...

i CANNOT GET THE BOBBIN INTO THE SHUTTLE. THE SHUTTLE COMES APART AND THE BOBBIN FALLS OUT. bRAND NEW MACHINE. I just don't know how to get it to fit in.
