Iv a Sinegr HAROMINE AND THE bonnincase keeps on j...

Iv a Sinegr HAROMINE AND THE bonnincase keeps on jumping out of place when i rotate the wheel for needle to go up and down. What could be causing the jam? ps, i took the top case off to grease the joints..in the process the needle slipped into the machine into the abyss. Do you think that's causing a jam?
