I have a Singer Quantum 7360, but can't find the manual. Is it possible to change the needle posotion? It is in the left position, making 1/4 inch seams difficult. Also, is it possible to drop the feed dogs to do free motion work?

5 You can change the needle position with the knob on top of machine on the far right...I think 3 is about in the middle of the C foot.
