Question About Singer Sewing Machine 348K
I got this used, everything works, but the stitche...

I got this used, everything works, but the stitches do not lock. It seems the metal wheel that revolves around the bob fails to catch the upper thread. Is there a way I can adjust this? (BTW, the manual here is only a list of parts, the actual manual is missing)
