I cannot get the tension right and the thread all ...

I cannot get the tension right and the thread all balls up on the bottom side. It looks like it is sewing fine on the top but tightens and breaks the thread and there is a big mess of loose thread on the other side.

3 the manuals don't help all they have is the parts that are in the machine it doesn't tell you how to use the machine or anything else
