Question About Singer Sewing Machine 3820
i am using a Singer sewing machine (model 3820) in...

i am using a Singer sewing machine (model 3820) in which there are a couple of parts that are impossible to tell what their function or purpose is. Also, I would like to raise the little metal grooved pieces that are supposed to help move the fabric more smoothly under the pressure foot. Is that possible to do?
