I also get the 88 code when trying to wind the bob...

I also get the 88 code when trying to wind the bobbin thread. it winds a few times while the needle shaft goes up and down and then stops, beeps and flashes an 88 error code. I have the manual and it doesn't say how to fix this, any ideas
