Hi There, My machine is a Singer model 5825C and I'm having problems with the bobbin stitch. the top stitch looks fine but the bobbin stitch is all jumbled up and looped, I tried adjusting the tension but without a manual I'm not having a lot of sucess. My patience is wearing thin:) Can anyone help with a solution or suggestion? Thanks, Trish

0 i'm having the exact same problem [occurred after sewing on oilcloth]. it appears that the bobbin tension on bobbin plate needs to be tightened. my problem is that i don't have as tiny of a screwdriver needed to tighten it. may have to go to Sears & hope they have the right size screwdriver.
