Hi, I'm looking for the instruction manual for the 99-13 also. What is listed as the product manual is only a 3 page parts list. This is great to have also, but having the instruction manual would be really helpful. Thank you very much for all the effort and work that has gone into putting all these manuals and lists online for us. :)
