Question About Singer Sewing Machine Merritt 8734
directios for use of machine...

I purchased this machine at thrift stor and there are no directions for use. I found the manual on this site but from what I see it is only pages of detailed diagrams of machine without directions. Can anyone help find this info? Thanks.

0 Thanks for the website. I know I should order, but since I paid only $15. for the machine itself, I won't let myself pay that for a manual...I have been sewing just fine with the machine but there are times when I know I will want to look something up in the manual. When that happens, I will be mad at myself for not purchasing the manual!! Thanks again, Phyllis

0 $15.00 is un heared of, you don't have cheap made maching. I payed $37. $shipping $22. on e-bay. Not only it didn't have manual, there were no cams. I wanted to cry.I've been searching for 5 hours for cams.I love it! very sturdy Made in France. I think "85. The comment I read were the manual is a lot of explanating pitchers, and not able to understand. But I think if you have sewen a lot and used differnent machines. i have had numeruse and seems pretty avaerage. except the cams. That I am new at. Any way you got a rightgest price there girl. happy sewing, Kay
