Question About Singer Sewing Machine 7466
Bobbin won't wind...

I just got the Singer 7466 and I am having trouble winding bobbins. No matter how I position the thread spool or whether I use the horizantal or vertical spool pin, I can't wind bobbins. The bobbin rotates only a few times and then stops. A beeping sound happens for a few seconds and then the lights blink on and off.
