bobbin will not rethread. I have checked the usual troubleshooting list...thread unwinds freely from spool, slide plate is in proper position and thread end is securely held at start of wind. When the rethreading begins, the thread goes around behind the bobbin case counterclockwise and then stops, laying straight across the top of the bobbin, not loading onto the empty bobbin.
