Question About Singer Sewing Machine 9134
bobbin tension...

I can't find a section in the manual on how to adjust the bobbin tension on my Singer Electronic model #9143. I purchased it at a yard sale, and I am having trouble sewing a clean line with the bobbin thread. It is uneven length and loopy. PLEASE ADVISE!
