every time I change bobbins to switch colours, my machine continues to try to rewind the thread, jamming after only six stitches, it's driving me CRAZY... I have spent almost $400 in service repairs and the problem is not fixed. One repair shoppe gave it back to me with a thread only running through the bottom, no bobbin, showing me the machine is in working order -- HELP
