We need to know exactly how to install the bobbin caseing and or if something is broken, we need to be able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I have had this machine for years and never had problems before with the bobbin caseing (removing it or replacing it) recently the bobbin holder broke and we purchased another one and can't seem to get it in the perfect spot since.
